Accessing, viewing or using the content, material, products, or services available on or through the website indicates that you accept and agree to comply with the Terms of Use, as well as any other additional terms governing the content, material, products, or services available on or through this website. If that is not the case, do not use this website. You additionally certify that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have all the rights, power and authority to enter into these Terms of Use and perform the obligations set and stated.
2) Rigalcy may at any time revise these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the website following the changes to these Terms will be considered your consent to those changes. You are bound by any such revision and should therefore regularly visit this page to review the terms to which you are bound.
3) The English version of this document shall control and predominate in case of differences between the English and any translated version. Translations are provided for convenience only.
4) Use of Website
These Terms are the only conditions that are applicable to the use of this website. These Terms are important for both you and us as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between you and us to protect your rights as a customer and our rights as a business. You agree that, by placing your order, You have read these terms and fully accept them.
You agree that you may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries or orders. You will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we (in our sole discretion) determine that such an order has been made or that you have acted inappropriately, we have the right to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. You will also provide a correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and accept that we may use these details to contact you if necessary. If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order.
5) Availability of Service
The items we offer currently will only be available for delivery within Morocco. If you are located outside Morocco, any products you order from the website will not be shipped to your location.
6) Order Regulations
To place an order, you will be required to follow the shopping process online and press the “Authorize payment” button to submit the order. Following this step, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” e-mail from us recognizing that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as your order indicates your offer to us to buy one or more products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to You by sending You an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the “Shipment Confirmation”). The contract for the purchase of a product between us will only be formed when we send you the Shipment Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation. We will not be bound to supply any other products, which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Shipment Confirmation.
7) Product Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability and in case of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund your payment.
8) Order Refusal
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Although we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders, there may be exceptional cases that might require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.
9) Canceling an Order
You have the right to cancel an order and to receive a full refund during the first twenty-four (24) hours after the order had been made. Your cancelation should come in the form of an e-mail to contact@riglacy.com with “Cancel my order” as a subject line.
10) Delivery
We will endeavor to deliver your products within one week of the date of the Order Confirmation if an estimated delivery date is not provided to you. Reasons for delays could include customization of items, unexpected circumstances, and or delivery area.
11) Inability to Deliver Items
The items will be delivered to the address you provide us when making an order. If the delivery service cannot locate it and/or locate you to deliver the items to you safely, the items will return to us after two attempts and you will be eligible for refund.
12) Risk and Ownership
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products.
13) Prices
The prices of our products are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include TVA.
While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.
14) Payment
As of now, the only acceptable method of payment is Payment on Delivery (POD). You are hereby required to provide the full payment upon reception of the product. If payment is not provided in its full amount at the moment of delivery, the items shall return to us.
15) Return Policy
You have the right to return an item and get a refund if you contact us by email within the first seven (7) days of its reception with “return” as a subject line. If you contact us after the time limit of five days, your request for a return and a refund will not be accepted.
When you return an item, we will inspect it to make sure that no damage or alterations had been done to it. In the event of damage and alterations, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item returned, should be returned in its original packaging in good condition.
If your reason for wanting to return an item is that it did not fit you properly, we could make the alterations for you.
16) Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange an item for another of the same value or higher within seven (7) days of its reception. In order to do so, you should contact us by email with “exchange” as subject line. When you return an item, we will inspect it to make sure that no damage or alterations had been done to it. In the event of damage and alterations, exchanging it for another will not be possible. We will then send you the item back, as you won’t be eligible for refund.
17) Product Accuracy
Rigalcy will try to provide photographs of its products that are as accurate as possible. However, there could be slight differences between the photographs and the products when viewed in person.
18) Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Rigalcy and/or third parties who have authorized their use. All content on the website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the photographs and jewelry designs. You may not use, copy, replicate, republish, upload, post, transfer, distribute, or edit the Intellectual Property in any which way.
19) Non Confidential Information
Any unsolicited suggestions from anyone outside of our company are not accepted – including, but not limited to, ideas for products or services, improvements to current products or services, or marketing ideas. In case we were already working on a similar idea, this policy prevents potential conflicts pertaining to concept ownership.
Any materials, information, or ideas you send us will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
20) Liability
Rigalcy shall not be liable for any indirect, unique, incidental and or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
21) Modification and Termination
Riglacy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time, with or without notice to you. We may add or remove certain features and functionalities as well as stop the site temporarily for maintenance or altogether. You hereby agree that Rigalcy shall not be liable to you in these cases.
22) Further Information
You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. All notices from Rigalcy to you shall be deemed delivered and effective when sent to the e-mail address you provide to us.
Similarly, your communication with us is required to be through the e-mail contact@rigalcy.com and our linked social media only. We will not be liable for any imposters pretending to be part of Rigalcy and contacting you through different mediums.
